Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN Menteng 03 Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, serta tenaga kependidikan. Fokus penelitian mencakup empat aspek manajemen: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan dilakukan secara kolaboratif dan kontekstual sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah; (2) pengorganisasian dilaksanakan dengan pembagian tugas yang sistematis; (3) pelaksanaan kurikulum mengedepankan pembelajaran yang fleksibel, partisipatif, dan berorientasi pada karakter peserta didik; serta (4) pengawasan dilakukan secara berkala melalui refleksi, supervisi, dan evaluasi menyeluruh. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan sarana, strategi manajemen yang adaptif dan kolaboratif mampu mendukung keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di satuan pendidikan dasar. ***** This study aims to analyze the implementation of Independent Curriculum management at SDN Menteng 03 Jakarta. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation studies involving the principal, vice principal, teachers, and education personnel. The study focuses on four aspects of management: planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision of the curriculum. The results reveal that (1) planning is carried out collaboratively and contextually, based on the school’s needs; (2) organizing is conducted with a systematic distribution of tasks; (3) curriculum implementation emphasizes flexible, participatory learning that centers on student character development; and (4) supervision is conducted regularly through reflection, supervision, and comprehensive evaluation. Despite challenges such as limited facilities, adaptive and collaborative management strategies have supported the successful implementation of the Independent Curriculum in primary education units.
