Abstract
***** This development research aims to produce a reaction (satisfaction) evaluation instrument for the OJT (On the Job Training) Collaboration program between Pusbindiklatren and Yokohama. This development uses the development model from Sumadi Suryabrata. This development model consists of several stages including developing measuring instrument specifications, writing statements or questions, reviewing statements or questions, assembling the instrument (for trial purposes), conducting analysis tests, trial results, selecting and assembling the instrument, administering the instrument (final form), and compiling scales and norms. The results of this development have gone through expert judgment consisting of evaluation experts with a value of 4 (very appropriate) and program experts with a value of 3.7 (very appropriate). Meanwhile, the results of empirical validation of 33 items obtained 24 items met the validity criteria with a calculated r correlation value ≥ 0.444. Meanwhile, the other 9 items were declared invalid because they had a correlation value below the table limit. Meanwhile, the Cronbach's Alpha reliability value was 0.938, indicating that the instrument has excellent internal consistency, as its value is >0.6. Therefore, the instrument is considered suitable for use and can be used to measure participant satisfaction in the collaborative OJT program between Pusbindiklatren and Yokohama.
