Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara empiris kelekatan antara anak dengan ibu yang bekerja, mendeskripsikan secara empiris perilaku prososial anak usia 4-5 tahun, dan menjabarkan ragam kelekatan anak dengan ibu bekerja dalam pembentukan perilaku prososial anak usia 4-5 tahun. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 anak laki-laki, 3 anak perempuan, 6 ibu bekerja, dan 1 orang guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data lebih banyak pada observasi partisipan (participant observation), wawancara mendalam (in depth interview), dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk pemeriksaan atau pengecekan keabsahan data adalah metode triangulasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelekatan antara anak dengan ibu sangat berperan besar dalam pembentukan perilaku prososial anak usia dini. Keterlibatan anak dengan kelekatan tidak aman pada perilaku prososial menjadi lebih sedikit jika dibandingkan dengan anak dengan kelekatan yang aman. Selain itu, kelekatan juga akan mempengaruhi motif atau motivasi seseorang untuk berperilaku prososial. Sehingga, ibu bekerja harus tetap meluangkan waktu di sela-sela kesibukannya untuk sekedar mendengarkan celotehan anak, tetap memperhatikan kebutuhan anak baik itu secara fisik maupun psikis anak, serta tetap mengusahan untuk selalu ada dan peka ketika anak membutuhkan. ***** This study aims to empirically describe the attachment between children and working mothers, empirically describe the prosocial behavior of children aged 4-5 years, and describe the variety of attachment between children and working mothers in the formation of prosocial behavior of children aged 4-5 years. The samples in this study were 3 boys, 3 girls, 6 working mothers, and 1 teacher. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are more on participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The method used for checking or checking the validity of data is the triangulation method. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that attachment between children and mothers plays a major role in the formation of prosocial behavior in early childhood. The involvement of children with insecure attachment in prosocial behavior is less when compared to children with secure attachment. In addition, attachment will also affect a person's motive or motivation to behave prosocially. So, working mothers must still take the time on the sidelines of their busy schedule to just listen to children's babble, continue to pay attention to children's needs both physically and psychologically, and continue to try to always be there and sensitive when children need.
