Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan learning object materi Kode Etik dan Kode Perilaku untuk peserta pelatihan Jabatan Fungsional Pengawas Farmasi dan Makanan di Badan POM. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan Rapid Prototyping oleh Tripp and Bichelmeyer yang terdiri atas lima tahapan, yaitu Assess Needs and Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype, Utilize Prototype, dan Install & Maintain System. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan skala penilaian 1-4. Learning object ini telah melalui tahapan evaluasi berupa review ahli yang melibatkan ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli desain pembelajaran, serta uji coba one-to-one yang melibatkan 3 orang peserta pelatihan JF-PFM. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh pada tahap review ahli materi adalah 3,92 (kategori sangat baik). Kemudian nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh pada review ahli media adalah 3,81 (kategori sangat baik). Selanjutnya nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh pada review ahli desain pembelajaran adalah sebesar 3,17 (kategori baik). Sedangkan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh uji coba one-to-one 3,89 (kategori sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan hasil bahwa learning object materi Kode Etik dan Kode Perilaku sudah sangat baik dan layak digunakan dalam proses belajar peserta pelatihan. Pengembangan LO digunakan sebagai bahan belajar peserta pelatihan JF-PFM serta diharapkan terus dilakukan pembaruan materi agar tetap relevan. Kata Kunci: Kode Etik, Kode Perilaku, Learning Object, Pengembangan, Rapid Prototyping. ***** This development research aims to develop a learning object on the topic of the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct for participants of the Functional Training for Pharmaceutical and Food Supervisors at the Indonesian National Agency of Drug and Food Control (Badan POM). The development model used in this study is the Rapid Prototyping model by Tripp and Bichelmeyer, which consists of five stages: Assess Needs and Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype, Utilize Prototype, and Install & Maintain System. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using a 1–4 rating scale. The learning object has undergone an evaluation phase in the form of expert reviews involving a subject matter expert, a media expert, and an instructional design expert, as well as a one-to-one trial involving three JF-PFM training participants. The average score obtained from the subject matter expert review was 3.92 (categorized as very good). The media expert review resulted in an average score of 3.81 (very good), while the instructional design expert review yielded an average score of 3.17 (good). The one-to-one trial produced an average score of 3.89 (very good). Based on the evaluation results, the learning object on the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct is considered to be of very good quality and suitable for use in the participants' learning process. The learning object is intended to serve as learning material for JF-PFM training participants and is expected to be continuously updated to maintain its relevance.
