Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa buku elektronik (e-book) “Ragam Peningkatan Kompetensi” yang layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar di Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Prosedur pengembangan dilakukan melalui 3 (Tiga) tahapan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan Rowntree (1994), yaitu tahap perencanaan, persiapan penulisan, serta penulisan dan penyuntingan. Evaluasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini melibatkan responden yang terdiri dari Ahli Media, Ahli Materi, Uji Coba Pengguna Face-to-face Tryouts (3 Tim Kerja Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Pelatihan), dan Field Trials (10 Responden). Hasil evaluasi formatif dari ahli media memperoleh skor 3,91% (Sangat Baik) dan ahli materi memperoleh skor 3,86% (Sangat Baik). Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari evaluasi formatif kedua ahli tersebut, maka buku elektronik dikatakan layak untuk digunakan. Selanjutnya, hasil uji coba pengguna face-to-face tryouts memperoleh skor 3,56% (Sangat Baik), dan hasil uji lapangan (field trials) memperoleh skor 3,69% (Sangat Baik). Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari uji coba pengguna, buku elektronik yang telah dikembangkan dikatakan efektif untuk digunakan sebagai acuan belajar baik secara mandiri maupun tim dalam menyusun program peningkatan kompetensi bidang kesehatan. ***** This study aims to produce a product in the form of an electronic book (e-book) “Variety of Competency Improvement” which is suitable for use as a learning resource at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The development procedure is carried out through 3 (Three) stages that refer to the Rowntree development model (1994), namely the planning stage, writing preparation, and writing and editing. The evaluation conducted in this study involved respondents consisting of Media Experts, Material Experts, Face-to-face User Tryouts (3 Training Planning and Development Work Teams), and Field Trials (10 Respondents). The results of the formative evaluation from media experts obtained a score of 3.91% (Very Good) and material experts obtained a score of 3.86% (Very Good). Based on the results obtained from the formative evaluation of the two experts, the electronic book is said to be suitable for use. Furthermore, the results of face-to-face user tryouts obtained a score of 3.56% (Very Good), and the results of field trials obtained a score of 3.69% (Very Good). Based on the results obtained from the user trial, the e-book that has been developed is said to be effective to be used as a learning reference both independently and in teams in developing health competency improvement programs.
