Abstract

Konsep pendidikan kurikulum merdeka menjadi paradigma untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran yang tersinkronisasi secara mandiri. Kurikulum merdeka ini memberi instruksi kepada guru untuk memaksimalkan fungsinya sebagai penggerak dan fasilitator. Dengan menganalisis perencanaan guru, menjelaskan pelaksanaan penyediaan perangkat pembelajaran serta menganalisis evaluasi penyediaan perangkat pembelajaran akan menyajikan informasi terkait masalah penelitian.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan dataBerdasarkan temuan penelitian, dapat diteliti bahwa guru telah mempersiapkan perangkat pembelajaran dan terus belajar terhadap perkembangan kurikulum merdeka serta sekolah juga memberikan kontribusi yang baik melalui motivasi atau dukungan serta sarana dan prasarana. Perangkat terbuka yang disusun juga telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip kurikulum merdeka. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran di SDS Bethel Dadap menunjukkan para pendidik kompeten dalam menyusun dan menerapkan kurikulum yang kontekstual, adaptif, cakap, kooperatif, dan reflektif, serta kurikulum merdeka dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik dan mencapai tujuan. Saran yang diberikan yakni bagi sekolah: lebih memotivasi guru dalam penyusunan perangkat ajar; bagi guru: diharapkan agar terus belajar dalam pengembangan kurikulum; serta bagi peneliti lain: agar mengembangkan penelitian yang telah dibuat. ***** The concept of independent curriculum education becomes a paradigm for developing independently synchronized learning tools. This independent curriculum instructs teachers to maximize their function as motivators and facilitators. By analyzing teacher planning, explaining the implementation of the provision of learning tools and analyzing the evaluation of the provision of learning tools will present information related to the research problem. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. In-depth interviews, observation, and documentation are used as data collection methods. Based on the research findings, it can be observed that teachers have prepared learning tools and continue to learn about the development of the independent curriculum and the school also makes a good contribution through motivation or support as well as facilities and infrastructure. The open tools prepared are also in accordance with the principles of the independent curriculum. It can be concluded that the learning tools at SDS Bethel Dadap show that educators are competent in compiling and implementing a contextual, adaptive, capable, cooperative, and reflective curriculum, and the independent curriculum can be implemented well and achieve its objectives. Suggestions given are for schools: more motivation for teachers in compiling teaching tools; for teachers: it is hoped that they will continue to learn in curriculum development; and for other researchers: to develop the research that has been done.
