Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku pedoman bagi peserta magang di Departemen Warehouse Pusat Logistik Berikat (PLB) PT XYZ Logistik Indonesia. Latar belakang pengembangan buku ini adalah belum tersedianya sumber belajar atau acuan tertulis yang sistematis bagi peserta magang, sehingga mereka cenderung mengalami kebingungan dalam memahami alur kerja dan aturan yang berlaku di lingkungan gudang PLB. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Rowntree yang terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu planning, writing, dan re-writing. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui dua tahap, yakni review ahli dan uji coba pengguna. Review ahi dilakukan dua tahap, draf pertama diajukan untuk wawancara untuk mendapat saran dan perbaikan, kemudian setelah di revisi dinilai kelayakannya Kembali oleh Ahli. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi menunjukkan skor ahli media sebesar 4,65 yang menunjukkan “sangat layak”, ahli desain pembelajaran 4,14 yang menunjukkan “layak”, dan ahli materi sebesar 4,40 yang menunjukkan “sangat layak”. Uji coba kepada peserta magang dilakukan pada tahap face-to-face tryout juga menunjukkan tanggapan positif terhadap kebermanfaatan, keterbacaan, dan kejelasan isi buku. Selain itu diperoleh pula peningkatan skor Post test dari kedua peserta magang yang membuktikan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan. Dengan demikian, buku pedoman ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber belajar pendukung yang membantu peserta magang memahami tugas, aturan, dan etika kerja di Departemen Warehouse Pusat Logistik Berikat secara lebih efektif. ***** This study aims to develop a guidance book for internship participants at the Warehouse Department of the Bonded Logistics Center (PLB) of PT XYZ Logistics Indonesia. The background of this development stems from the absence of systematic teaching materials or written references for interns, which often leads to confusion in understanding the workflow and regulations within the PLB warehouse environment. This study adopts the Rowntree development model, consisting of three stages: planning, development, and evaluation. Evaluation phase was carried out in two stages: expert review and user testing. The expert review was conducted in two phases: the first draft was submitted for interviews to obtain suggestions and revisions, then after being revised, it was re-evaluated for feasibility by the experts. The validation results showed a score of 4.65 from the media expert, indicating "very feasible"; a score of 4.14 from the instructional design expert, indicating "feasible"; and a score of 4.40 from the subject matter expert, also indicating "very feasible." The user testing with internship participant also yielded positive responses regarding the usefulness, readability, and clarity of the content. In addition, an increase in post-test scores from both internship participants was also observed, indicating an improvement in knowledge. Therefore, this guidance book is expected to serve as a supportive learning resource that helps internship participants better understand the tasks, rules, and work ethics in the PLB Warehouse Department more effectively.
