Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk berupa video tutorial screencast sebagai media pembelajaran bagi SDM lembaga penyelenggara pelatihan Kementerian Kesehatan. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan SDM lembaga penyelenggara pelatihan akan suatu media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu para penyelenggara memahami prosedur pengajuan akreditasi lembaga di Kementerian Kesehatan. Video tutorial ini terbagi menjadi 2 (dua) yang masing-masing berdurasi kisaran 5-10 menit. Pengembangan produk pada penelitian ini menggunakan model Hannafin and Peck yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) tahapan antara lain tahap analisis kebutuhan, tahap desain, dan tahap pengembangan dan implementasi dengan masing-masing tahapan melalui evaluasi dan revisi. Pada akhir thap pengembangan dilakukan evaluasi formatif yang terdiri dari reviu dan uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi yang memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,83/4,00, reviu dan uji kelayakan oleh ahli desain pembelajaran yang memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,00/4,00, reviu dan uji kelayakan oleh ahli media yang memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,64/4,00. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba pengguna one-to-one yang mendapatkan respon positif serta saran dan komentar untuk pengembangan produk dan small group dengan nilai rata-rata 3,32/4,00. Berdasarkan data tersebutm produk dapat dikategorikan sangat baik dan laya digunakan untuk membantu para penyelenggara pelatihan dalam memahami dan mempelajari prosedur pengajuan akreditasi di Kementerian Kesehatan RI. ***** This development research resulted in a product in the form of a screencast tutorial video as a learning medium for human resources at the training provider institutions of the Ministry of Health. The background of this research is the need for a learning medium that can assist training organizers in understanding the procedures for submitting accreditation proposals for institutions within the Ministry of Health. The tutorial video consists of two segments, each with a duration of approximately 5 to 10 minutes. The product development in this study employed the Hannafin and Peck model, which includes three main stages: needs assessment, design, and development & implementation. Each stage was accompanied by continuous evaluation and revision. At the final stage, formative evaluation was conducted, including expert reviews and feasibility tests. The material expert evaluation yielded an average score of 3.83/4.00; the instructional design expert evaluation scored 4.00/4.00; and the media expert evaluation scored 3.64/4.00. Subsequently, a one-to-one user trial was conducted, which received positive feedback along with suggestions and comments for further product development. A small group trial was also conducted, resulting in an average score of 3.32/4.00. Based on these data, the developed product is categorized as excellent and feasible for use in assisting training organizers in understanding and learning the accreditation proposal procedures at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.
