Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen evaluasi modul pelatihan di bidang kesehatan yang digunakan di lingkungan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Ketiadaan alat ukur yang terstandar dan sistematis dalam mengevaluasi kualitas modul pelatihan menjadi latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur perkembangan menurut Margono tahun 1997 dengan tahapan (1) analisis variabel penelitian, (2) Menetapkan Jenis Instrumen, (3) Menyusun kisi-kisi Instrumen, (4) Menyusun Butir Instrumen, (5) Uji Validitas Instrumen. Instrumen disusun berdasarkan konstruk teori dari ahli, serta dievaluasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli instrumen untuk menilai kesesuaian isi dan kejelasan butir. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa instrumen telah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dari segi isi, konstruk, dan keterbacaan. Dengan demikian, instrumen ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur yang tepat untuk mendukung proses evaluasi dan penyempurnaan modul pelatihan di lingkungan Kementerian Kesehatan RI. ***** This research aims to develop an evaluation instrument for training modules in the health sector used within the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The absence of a standardized and systematic measuring instrument in evaluating the quality of training modules is the background of this research. This research uses the development procedure according to Margono in 1997 with the stages of (1) analyzing research variables, (2) determining the type of instrument, (3) compiling instrument grids, (4) compiling instrument items, (5) testing instrument validity. The instrument was prepared based on theoretical constructs from experts, and evaluated by material experts and instrument experts to assess the suitability of the content and clarity of the items. The validation results show that the instrument has met the eligibility criteria in terms of content, construct, and readability. Thus, this instrument can be used as an appropriate measuring tool to support the process of evaluating and improving training modules within the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
