Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa video tutorial sebagai panduan teknis pembuatan kelas pelatihan di Learning Management System (LMS) Pusbang SDM KEMENDUKBANGGA. Pengembangan video tutorial ini didasarkan pada hasil analisis kebutuhan pembelajaran dan tujuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) yang diterapkan secara sistematis untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran, efektif dalam mencapai tujuan instruksional, dan aplikatif dalam praktik penggunaannya di lingkungan Pusbang SDM KEMENDUKBANGGA. Evaluasi dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara formatif melalui tiga tahapan utama, yakni expert review, initial developmental testing, dan quantitative developmental testing. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa video tutorial memperoleh skor sebesar 3.71/4.00 dari ahli materi, 3.18/4.00 dari ahli desain pembelajaran, dan 3.55/4.00 dari ahli media. Selanjutnya, initial developmental testing dilakukan terhadap dua orang tenaga pelatihan dengan karakteristik representatif, dan men ghasilkan tanggapan positif terkait kejelasan, alur, serta kemudahan penggunaan media. Pada tahap quantitative developmental testing yang melibatkan enam pengguna, diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 4.85/5.00 yang mengindikasikan bahwa produk sangat layak digunakan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran di lingkungan Pusbang SDM KEMENDUKBANGGA. ***** This research is a development study aimed at producing learning media in the form of a video tutorial as a technical guide for creating training classes in the Learning Management System (LMS) of Pusbang SDM KEMENDUKBANGGA. The study employs the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), which is systematically applied to produce learning media that is relevant to learning needs, effective in achieving instructional objectives, and applicable in practical use within the Pusbang SDM KEMENDUKBANGGA environment. Evaluation in this study was conducted formatively through three main stages: expert review, initial developmental testing, and quantitative developmental testing. In the expert review stage, the involvement of subject matter experts, instructional design experts, and media experts aimed to assess content quality, instructional design, and media presentation, as well as provide recommendations for improvement. The assessment results indicated that the video tutorial scored 3.71/4.00 from subject matter experts, 3.18/4.00 from instructional design experts, and 3.55/4.00 from media experts. Furthermore, initial developmental testing was conducted with two training personnel possessing representative characteristics, resulting in positive feedback regarding clarity, structure, and ease of use of the media. In the quantitative developmental testing phase, which involved six users, an average score of 4.85/5.00 was obtained, indicating that the product is highly feasible for use and meets the learning needs within the Pusbang SDM KEMENDUKBANGGA environment.
