Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran spesifik mengenai pemanfaatan media pop-up kit dalam mengembangkan kreativitas siswa kelas IV di SDN Lubang Buaya 01 Pagi, yang berada pada tahap perkembangan operasional konkret. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan perilaku kreatif yang mencakup lima aspek, yaitu: kelancaran (fluency), keluwesan (flexibility), keaslian (originality), elaborasi (elaboration), dan kepekaan terhadap masalah (sensitivity). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media pop-up kit efektif dalam mengembangkan kreativitas siswa. Hal ini tercermin dari keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam eksplorasi ide, pembuatan karya, serta interaksi selama proses pembelajaran dengan dukungan guru sebagai fasilitator. Aspek perilaku kreatif yang tampak meliputi keberanian mencoba hal baru, menyusun visual dan narasi, menyelesaikan masalah secara mandiri, dan menunjukkan ketekunan dalam menghadapi tantangan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media pop-up kit tidak hanya mendorong kreativitas secara kognitif dan afektif, tetapi juga memperkuat dimensi perilaku kreatif dalam konteks pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. ***** This study aims to provide a specific overview of the use of pop- up kits in developing the creativity of fourth-grade students at SDN Lubang Buaya 01 Pagi, who are at the concrete operational development stage. This study focuses on the application of creative behavior, encompassing five aspects: fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration, and sensitivity. The method used was a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the use of pop-up kits is effective in developing student creativity. This is reflected in students' active involvement in exploring ideas, creating works, and interacting during the learning process, with the support of the teacher as a facilitator. Aspects of creative behavior that emerged included the courage to try new things, composing visuals and narratives, solving problems independently, and demonstrating perseverance in facing challenges. These findings indicate that pop-up kits not only encourage creativity cognitively and affectively but also strengthen the dimensions of creative behavior in the context of elementary school learning.
