Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, faktor penghambat, faktor pendukung serta evaluasi implementasi ekstrakurikuler komputer dalam meningkatkan keterampilan teknis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ekstrakurikuler komputer di MIT Al Hamid dibentuk atas dasar menyesuaikan antara kebutuhan siswa dengan era modern saat ini. Adapun hasil penelitiannya sebagai berikut: 1) Perencanaan program telah menyesuaikan analisis kebutuhan, penetapan tujuan, alokasi sumber daya, dan penyusunan RPS dan RPP. 2) Pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler berjalan efektif melalui metode experiential learning yang terstruktur, dimulai dari seleksi anggota berbasis tes praktik, penyesuaian materi dengan tingkat kognitif siswa, hingga pengembangan hard skill komputer sesuai standar Melanie Hess. 3) faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan sarana prasarana dan pelatihan pembina, namun diimbangi oleh dukungan kuat yayasan dan kompetensi pembina yang memadai. 4) Evaluasi program menunjukkan kesesuaian dengan prinsip-prinsip evaluasi pendidikan melalui mekanisme terstruktur yang melibatkan multi-stakeholder dan siklus perbaikan tahunan, meskipun perlu penyempurnaan instrumen penilaian yang lebih komprehensif. Sistem penilaian melalui Rapor Digital Madrasah memberikan pengakuan formal atas pencapaian siswa. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini dapat di jadikan rujukan replikasi bagi sekolah lain. **** This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, inhibiting factors, supporting factors, and evaluation of computer extracurricular activities in enhancing technical skills. The research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results indicate that the computer extracurricular program at MIT Al Hamid was established based on aligning student needs with current modern demands. Key findings include: 1) Program planning has incorporated needs analysis, objective setting, resource allocation, and the preparation of Semester Lesson Plans (RPS) and Lesson Plans (RPP). 2) Implementation was effectively carried out through structured experiential learning methods, starting from practical test-based participant selection, material adaptation to students' cognitive levels, to developing computer hard skills according to Melanie Hess's standards. 3) Inhibiting factors include limited infrastructure and instructor training, though these are balanced by strong foundation support and adequate instructor competency. 4) Program evaluation aligns with educational assessment principles through structured mechanisms involving multiple stakeholders and annual improvement cycles, though more comprehensive assessment instruments are still needed. The Digital Madrasah Report Card system provides formal recognition of student achievements. Overall, this study can serve as a reference for replication by other schools.
