Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap sikap ilmiah siswa pada pembelajaran IPA kelas IV SDN Kebon Baru 09 Pagi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain Two Group Pretest-Posttest Control Design. Sampel terdiri atas dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan model PjBL dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model Group Investigation (GI). Data diperoleh melalui angket sikap ilmiah yang telah divalidasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dan perhitungan N-Gain. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara sikap ilmiah siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol (t_hitung = 8,074 > t_tabel = 2,086; α = 0,05). Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan rata-rata N-Gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,34 (kategori sedang), untuk kelas kontrol, nilai rata-rata N-Gain mencapai 0,14 (kategori rendah).. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa model PjBL lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan sikap ilmiah siswa. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran PjBL layak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPA untuk mengembangkan sikap ilmiah siswa sekolah dasar **** This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on students’ scientific attitudes in fourth-grade science learning at SDN Kebon Baru 09 Pagi. The research used an experimental method with a Two Group Pretest-Posttest Control Design. The subjects were two classes: one experimental class applying the PjBL model and one control class using the Group Investigation (GI) model. Data were collected using a validated scientific attitude questionnaire and analyzed through t-test and N-Gain calculations. The results showed a significant difference in scientific attitudes between the experimental and control groups, with a t-value of 8.074 exceeding the t-table value of 2.086 (α = 0.05). The N-Gain average in the experimental class was 0.34 (moderate), while the control class scored 0.14 (low). These results indicate that the PjBL model is more effective in enhancing students’ scientific attitudes. Therefore, PjBL is suitable for science learning in elementary schools.
