Abstract
Skripsi ini membahas tentang implementasi pembiasaan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMAN 3 Jakarta. Pembiasaan ini bertujuan untuk membentuk siswa yang mampu berpikir kritis, analitis dan reflektif dalam memahami dan mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam kehidupan nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta pengukuran keberhasilan pembiasaan HOTS dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari guru PAI, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dan beberapa siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran PAI. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiasaan HOTS dalam pembelajaran PAI di SMAN 3 Jakarta dilakukan secara terstruktur melalui penyusunan RPP berbasis HOTS, penggunaan video dan diskusi kontekstual, serta tugas-tugas berbasis proyek yang melibatkan analisis nilai keislaman. Penilaian dilakukan melalui asesmen pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan siswa. Capaian siswa mayoritas berada pada kategori tinggi, yang menandakan keberhasilan guru dalam membina kebiasaan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Keberhasilan tersebut juga didukung oleh hasil supervisi guru yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar indikator pembelajaran telah dilakukan secara efektif. Kata Kunci: Pembiasaan, HOTS, Pendidikan Agama Islam ***** This thesis discusses the implementation of habituation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMAN 3 Jakarta. The aim of this habituation is to foster students' ability to think critically, analytically and reflectively in understanding and applying Islamic values in real life. The research aims to describe and analyze the planning, implementation and assessment of HOTS habituation within Islamic Religious Education. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study include the Islamic Religious Education teacher, the vice principal of curriculum affairs and several students who participated in Islamic Religious Education learning. The data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study showed that the habituation of HOTS in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMAN 3 Jakarta was carried out in a structured manner through the preparation of HOTS-based lesson plans, the use of videos and contextual discussions and project-based assignments involving Islamic value analysis. Assessment was carried out through assessments of students' knowledge, attitudes and skills. The majority of student achievement was in the high category, which indicated the success of teachers in fostering high-level thinking habits. This success was also supported by the results of teacher supervision which showed that most of the learning indicators had been carried out effectively.
