Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif berupa memukul pada siswa autis melalui kegiatan fisik dalam Program Healthy Morning di KB-TK Labschool Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A. Tahap baseline awal (A1) dilaksanakan selama tiga sesi untuk mengukur frekuensi perilaku memukul sebelum intervensi. Tahap intervensi (B) dilakukan selama delapan sesi dengan kegiatan fisik selama 60 menit, meliputi pemanasan, aktivitas inti obstacle, dan pendinginan. Tahap baseline akhir (A2) dilaksanakan selama tiga sesi tanpa intervensi untuk mengukur perubahan perilaku setelah perlakuan dihentikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan signifikan frekuensi perilaku memukul dari rata-rata sembilan kali pada A1 menjadi rata-rata enam kali pada B, dan turun lagi menjadi rata-rata empat kali pada A2. Penurunan total mencapai 67% dari kondisi awal. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan fisik dalam Program Healthy Morning efektif mengurangi perilaku agresif memukul pada siswa autis, sekaligus membantu menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih kondusif di kelas. (*****) This study aims to reduce aggressive behavior in the form of hitting among autistic students through physical activities in the Healthy Morning Program at KB-TK Labschool Jakarta. The research method used was Single Subject Research (SSR) with an A-B-A design. The initial baseline phase (A1) was conducted over three sessions to measure the frequency of hitting behavior before the intervention. The intervention phase (B) was carried out over eight sessions, involving 60 minutes of physical activities including warm-up, core obstacle activities, and cool-down. The final baseline phase (A2) was conducted over three sessions without intervention to measure changes in behavior after the treatment was discontinued. The results showed a significant decrease in the frequency of hitting, from an average of nine times in A1 to an average of six times in B, and further down to an average of four times in A2. The total reduction reached 67% from the initial condition. These findings indicate that physical activities in the Healthy Morning Program are effective in reducing aggressive hitting behavior in autistic students, while also helping to create a more conducive classroom learning environment.
