Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pelatihan e-commerce dalam meningkatkan pemahaman anggota UP2K Kelurahan Semper Barat, serta untuk menggambarkan tahapan pelatihan berdasarkan teori pelatihan Goad yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan materi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini mencakup anggota UP2K yang menjadi peserta pelatihan, Ketua PKK, dan Ketua UP2K. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Riset Aksi Partisipatif (Participatory Action Research/PAR) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi selama kegiatan, dokumentasi, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Analisis data dilakukan melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan e-commerce yang diselenggarakan oleh penulis melalui dua siklus pelatihan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta dalam tiga ranah hasil belajar menurut Taksonomi Bloom: kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Pada ranah kognitif, peserta mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan faktual seperti pemahaman konsep e-commerce, fungsi platform digital, dan istilah-istilah teknis, serta pengetahuan prosedural melalui penguasaan langkah-langkah teknis membuat toko online, mengunggah produk, dan memahami alur transaksi. Pada ranah afektif, terjadi perubahan sikap positif terhadap teknologi, ditandai dengan antusiasme, kepercayaan diri, dan kesadaran akan pentingnya pemasaran digital. Sementara pada ranah psikomotorik, peserta mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi e-commerce secara mandiri dan masih membutuhkan pendampingan lanjutan bagi sebagian peserta. Pelatihan yang dirancang secara partisipatif dan berbasis praktik terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan proses belajar yang kontekstual, inklusif, dan memberdayakan. Namun, keterbatasan waktu menjadi hambatan dalam mendalami materi lebih lanjut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan lanjutan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memperdalam penguasaan kompetensi digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan program pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis digital bagi kelompok perempuan dan masyarakat lokal. ***** This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-commerce training in enhancing the understanding of UP2K members in Semper Barat Sub-district, as well as to describe the stages of the training based on Goad’s training theory, which includes needs analysis, design, material development, implementation, and evaluation. The informants in this study included UP2K members who participated in the training, the Head of the PKK, and the Head of UP2K. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method which is carried out in two cycles. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation during activities, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study showed that the e-commerce training organized by the researcher through two training cycles successfully improved participants’ understanding in three domains of learning outcomes based on Bloom’s Taxonomy: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. In the cognitive domain, participants experienced significant improvement in factual knowledge, such as understanding e-commerce concepts, the functions of digital platforms, and technical terms, as well as procedural knowledge through mastering the technical steps of creating an online store, uploading products, and understanding transaction flows. In the affective domain, there was a positive change in attitudes toward technology, marked by enthusiasm, self-confidence, and awareness of the importance of digital marketing. In the psychomotor domain, participants were able to operate e-commerce applications independently, although some still required further guidance. The participatory and practice-based training design proved effective in creating a contextual, inclusive, and empowering learning process. However, limited time posed a challenge in exploring the material in greater depth. Therefore, follow-up training and continuous mentoring are needed to further enhance the mastery of digital competencies. This research contributes to the development of digital-based economic empowerment programs for women’s groups and local communities.
