Abstract
ABSTRAK Pelatihan Eco Enzim di Tempat Kumpul Kreatif Jatinegara Kaum dilaksanakan sebagai respon atas permasalahan sampah organik rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pelatihan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung data kualitatif melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan komponen context 89% (sangat baik), input 88% (sangat baik), process 85% (sangat baik), dan product 77% (baik). Pelatihan ini terbukti meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran peserta dalam pengelolaan sampah, meski praktik penerapan Eco Enzim belum merata. Secara keseluruhan, program dinilai efektif dan berpotensi berkelanjutan dengan pendampingan serta pelatihan lanjutan. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Model CIPP, Pengelolaan Sampah Organik, Eco Enzim ********* ABSTRACT The Eco Enzyme Training at Tempat Kumpul Kreatif Jatinegara Kaum was held in response to household organic waste problems. This study aimed to evaluate the training program using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) with a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data through questionnaires, observation, and interviews. The evaluation results showed context 89% (very good), input 88% (very good), process 85% (very good), and product 77% (good). The training improved participants’ understanding and awareness of waste management, although Eco Enzyme practice was not evenly applied.
