Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan belajar kader PKK Kelurahan Cipinang Besar Utara terkait sustainability living. Sebanyak 53 responden dilibatkan dalam studi ini dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data primer diperoleh melalui survei dan tes, sementara data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kader PKK memiliki delapan prioritas kebutuhan belajar dalam keterampilan dan pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan sampah, pemanfaatan sumber daya alam, dan konsumsi berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, direkomendasikan lima program pelatihan konstektual berbasis experiential learning dan community-based learning untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran serta relevansi terhadap konteks lokal masyarakat.*****This study aims to analyze the learning needs of Family Welfare Movement (PKK) cadres in Cipinang Besar Utara Village regarding sustainable living. Fifty-three respondents were involved in this study using quantitative descriptive methods. Primary data were obtained through surveys and tests, while secondary data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results indicate that PKK cadres have eight priority learning needs in skills and knowledge regarding waste management, natural resource utilization, and sustainable consumption. Based on these findings, five contextual training programs based on experiential learning and community-based learning are recommended to increase learning effectiveness and relevance to the local community context.
