Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pembelajaran proyek berbasis nilai tri kaya parisudha untuk menstimulasi kemampuan interpersonal anak usia dini. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi langkah Dick & Carey, serta mengintegrasikan nilai berpikir benar (manacika), berkata benar (wacika), dan berbuat benar (kayika) dalam sintaks pembelajaran proyek Katz & Chard. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa buku cerita bergambar, buku cerita pop-up, puzzle 3D, dan buku panduan guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif (Miles & Huberman), validitas isi (CVI), uji kelayakan dengan rumus persentase, serta uji efektivitas menggunakan N-gain score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi ahli memperoleh CVI = 1,00 (sangat valid). Uji one-to-one dengan guru dan anak usia dini menunjukkan kategori sangat layak dengan skor ≥83,33%. Uji kelompok kecil dengan 10 anak menghasilkan rata-rata N-Gain > 76% (kategori tinggi), sedangkan uji kelompok besar dengan 20 anak pada kelompok eksperimen memperoleh N-gain 76%-87% (efektif kategori tinggi), berbeda dengan kelompok kontrol yang hanya mencapai kategori sedang (41%-62%). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa model pembelajaran proyek berbasis nilai tri kaya parisudha layak, valid, dan efektif dalam menstimulasi kemampuan interpersonal anak usia dini. Model ini dapat diimplementasikan secara luas di lembaga PAUD dan diadaptasi pada konteks budaya lain, sehingga direkomendasikan bagi guru, lembaga pendidikan, maupun pemerintah untuk memperkuat kebijakan, pelatihan, dan penyediaan fasilitas guna mendukung keberlanjutannya Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran proyek, nilai tri kaya parisudha, kemampuan interpersonal, anak usia dini ***** This study aims to develop a project-based learning model grounded in the values of Tri Kaya Parisudha to stimulate the interpersonal skills of early childhood learners. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach by adapting the Dick and Carey model, and integrating the values of right thinking (manacika), right speech (wacika), and right action (kayika) into the project learning syntax of Katz and Chard. The developed products include a picture storybook, a pop-up storybook, a 3D puzzle, and a teacher’s guidebook. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, and analyzed using qualitative analysis (Miles & Huberman), content validity index (CVI), feasibility testing using percentage formulas, and effectiveness testing through N-gain scores. The results revealed that expert validation achieved a CVI value of 1.00 (very valid). The one-to-one trial with teachers and early childhood learners indicated a very feasible category, with scores ≥83.33%. The small group trial involving 10 children produced an average N-gain > 76% (high category), while the large group trial with 20 children in the experimental group obtained N-gain scores ranging from 76% to 87% (highly effective category), in contrast to the control group, which only reached a moderate category (41%–62%). These findings confirm that the project-based learning model based on Tri Kaya Parisudha values is feasible, valid, and effective in stimulating the interpersonal abilities of early childhood learners. The model can be widely implemented in early childhood education institutions and adapted to other cultural contexts, making it highly recommended for teachers, educational institutions, and policymakers to strengthen policies, training, and facility provisions in support of its sustainable implementation.
