Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian program magang mahasiswa melalui platform Sistem Informasi Manajemen OLIMPUS di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik coding tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan magang telah bertransformasi dari sistem manual menjadi sistem terintegrasi yang terstruktur dan berbasis anggaran. Pengorganisasian program dilaksanakan oleh Bagian Dukungan Administrasi PPKASN dengan struktur dan pembagian tugas yang jelas. Pelaksanaan magang berlangsung sistematis melalui tahapan seleksi bertingkat, bimbingan oleh PIC dan mentor, serta didukung kanal pengaduan resmi. Namun, pengendalian program masih bersifat semi-manual, belum didukung format evaluasi yang baku, dan indikator keberhasilan terbatas pada jumlah pendaftar serta umpan balik peserta. Diperlukan penguatan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi agar pelaksanaan program magang lebih terukur dan berkelanjutan. ***** This research aims to analyze the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling student internship programs through the OSIMPUS Management Information System platform at the Ministry of State Secretariat. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed using thematic coding techniques. The results of the study show that internship planning has transformed from a manual system to a structured and budget-based integrated system. The organization of the program is carried out by the PPKASN Administrative Support Section with a clear structure and division of tasks. The implementation of the internship takes place systematically through multi-level selection stages, guidance by PICs and mentors, and supported by official complaint channels. However, program control is still semi-manual, not supported by a standard evaluation format, and success indicators are limited to the number of registrants and participant feedback. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation system so that the implementation of the internship program is more measurable and sustainable.
