Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Kurikulum dalam Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Karakter di SMP Nurul Iman Jakarta. Sub fokus penelitian ini adalah implementasi kurikulum dalam penanaman nilai karakter melalui kegiatan pembelajaran, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan budaya sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, guru Pancasila, serta pembina Ekstrakurikuler. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Implementasi kurikulum dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter seperti religius, disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama ke dalam materi dan strategi pembelajaran. 2) Implementasi kurikulum dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tercermin melalui kegiatan keagamaan, olahraga, seni tari, dan pramuka yang menanamkan nilai kemandirian, kepemimpinan, sportivitas, kreativitas, serta kebersamaan. 3) Implementasi kurikulum dalam budaya sekolah diwujudkan melalui pembiasaan religius seperti tadarus Al-Qur’an, sholat dhuha, dzikir bersama, serta kegiatan literasi yang menumbuhkan sikap jujur, peduli, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab. ***** This study aims to describe the Implementation of the Curriculum in Instilling Character Values at Nurul Iman Junior High School, Jakarta. The sub-focus of this study is the implementation of the curriculum in instilling character values through learning activities, extracurricular activities, and school culture. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Informants in this study include: the principal, vice principal for curriculum, Islamic Religious Education teachers, Pancasila teachers, and extracurricular instructors. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The implementation of the curriculum in learning activities is carried out by integrating character values such as religious, discipline, responsibility, and cooperation into learning materials and strategies. 2) The implementation of the curriculum in extracurricular activities is reflected through religious activities, sports, dance, and scouts that instill the values of independence, leadership, sportsmanship, creativity, and togetherness. 3) The implementation of the curriculum in school culture is realized through religious habits such as tadarus Al-Qur'an, dhuha prayer, dhikr together, and literacy activities that foster honest, caring, disciplined and responsible attitudes.
