Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengembangkan media pembelajaran video animasi materi Fusion Food yang layak, (2) Menilai kelayakan media pembelajaran video animasi materi Fusion Food bagi peserta didik kelas XI keahlian Kuliner SMKN 3 Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan atau R&D dengan model 4D. Uji coba dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 3 Tangerang. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 3 peserta didik untuk uji coba lapangan awal, 7 peserta didik untuk uji coba lapangan kecil, dan 21 peserta didik untuk uji coba lapangan besar. Uji validitas dilakukan oleh ahli materi, media, dan bahasa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif untuk data observasi dan wawancara, serta analisis statistik deskriptif untuk data angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi dari penilaian ahli materi memperoleh hasil rata-rata 79,23% dengan kategori Layak. Penilaian ahli media memperoleh hasil rata-rata 78,66% dengan kategori Layak. Dan penilaian ahli bahasa memperoleh hasil rata-rata 86,66% dengan kategori Sangat Layak. Sedangkan hasil uji coba lapangan awal memperoleh hasil rata-rata 78,60% dengan kategori Layak, hasil uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh hasil rata-rata 83,37% dengan kategori Layak, dan uji coba kelompok besar memperoleh hasil rata-rata 88,67% dengan kategori Sangat Layak. Penilaian hasil uji respon pengguna memperoleh hasil rata-rata 97,78% dengan kategori Sangat Tertarik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media video animasi materi Fusion Food bagi peserta didik keahlian Kuliner (SMKN 3 Tangerang) dinyatakan layak untuk dijadikan sumber belajar. * This research aims to: (1) Develop appropriate Fusion Food animated video media, (2) Assess the appropriateness of Fusion Food animated video media for grade XI Culinary students in SMKN 3 Tangerang. This research is a development research with 4D development model. The trial was held in SMK Negeri 3 Tangerang. The subjects for this research were 3 students for the initial field trial, 7 students for the small field trial, and 21 students for the large field trial. Validation tests were carried out by material experts, media experts, dan language experts. Data collection techniques used observations, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis for observation and interview data, also descriptive statistical analysis for questionnaire data. The results of the study showed that the validation of the material expert assessment obtained an average result of 79.23% with the category Feasible. The media expert assessment obtained an average result of 78,66% with the category Feasible. The language expert assessment obtained an average result of 86,66% with the category Very Feasible. The results of the initial field trial obtained an average result of 78.60% with the category Feasible, the results of the small group trial obtained an average result of 83.37% with the category Feasible, and the large group trial obtained an average result of 88.67% with the category of Very Feasible. The assessment results of the user response test obtained an average result of 97.78% with the category Very Interested. It can be concluded that the development of Fusion Food animated video media for Culinary students in (SMKN 3 Tangerang) declared worthy to be used as a learning resource.
