Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil tingkat kebugaran jasmani Pemuda Teras Kita. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 32 orang. Sampel yang diambil sekitar 20 orang laki - laki. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes rockport (jogging 1,6 km). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani Pemuda Teras Kita pada kategori cukup dengan nilai rata – rata keseluruhan 36,25 ml/kg/menit. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat kebugaran jasmani Pemuda Teras Kita adalah cukup. ***** This study aimed to determine the profile of the physical fitness level of Pemuda Teras Kita. The method used in this study was quantitative descriptive. The population consisted of 32 individuals, with a sample of approximately 20 male participants. The data collection instrument used was the Rockport test (1.6 km jogging). The results showed that the physical fitness level of Pemuda Teras Kita was in the moderate category, with an overall mean value of 36.25 ml/kg/min. The conclusion of this study is that the physical fitness level of Pemuda Teras Kita is classified as moderate.
