Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat reaksi peserta melalui evaluasi Level 1 (Tingkat Reaksi), tingkat pengetahuan peserta terhadap materi melalui evaluasi Level 2 (Tingkat Belajar), dan untuk mengetahui tingkat perilaku melalui evaluasi Level 3 (Perilaku). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick, metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif melalui instrumen pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner reaksi, pre-test dan post-test, serta kuesioner perilaku yang melibatkan 50 responden. Hasil penelitian pada evaluasi Level 1 (Tingkat Reaksi) menunjukkan adanya kepuasan peserta terhadap empat dimensi program, termasuk teknis, materi, tim penyelenggara, dan narasumber dengan nilai rata-rata dikategorikan memuaskan. Pada evaluasi Level 2 (Tingkat Belajar) menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan peserta, ditandai dengan kenaikan rata-rata skor dari 87,00 (pre-test) menjadi 97,80 (post-test), serta tingkat signifikansi < 0,05 berdasarkan analisis statistik non parametrik uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Pada evaluasi Level 3 (Perilaku), temuan menunjukkan mayoritas peserta konsisten mengimplementasikan praktik gaya hidup ramah lingkungan, terlihat dari dominasi respons pada analisis statistik frekuensi respons pada kategori “Sering” dan “Selalu” dalam dimensi pengelolaan sampah, efisiensi energi dan air, penggunaan transportasi berkelanjutan, serta partisipasi dalam pemeliharaan lingkungan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa program pelatihan SDGs Hero Volunteer Bakrie Center Foundation (BCF) telah efektif dalam memenuhi ekspektasi peserta dalam penyelenggaraan, peningkatan pengetahuan, serta mendorong perubahan perilaku peserta program ke arah yang lebih berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program Pelatihan, Model Kirkpatrick, Praktik Gaya Hidup Ramah Lingkungan, Perubahan Perilaku ***** This study aims to determine the level of participants' reactions through Level 1 (Reaction Level) evaluation, participants' knowledge level of material through Level 2 (Learning Level) evaluation, and to determine the level of behavior through Level 3 (Behavior) evaluation. This study is an evaluative research with the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, the research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach through data collection instruments with reaction, pre-test and post-test questionnaires, and behavioral questionnaires involving 50 respondents. The results of the research in the Level 1 evaluation (Reaction Level) showed that there was satisfaction of participants with the four dimensions of the program, including technical, material, organizing team, and resource persons with an average score categorized as satisfactory. The Level 2 (Learning Level) evaluation showed a significant increase in the participants' knowledge, characterized by an increase in the average score from 87.00 (pre-test) to 97.80 (post-test), as well as a significance level of < 0.05 based on non-parametric statistical analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. In the Level 3 (Behavior) evaluation, the findings showed that the majority of participants consistently implemented environmentally friendly lifestyle practices, as seen from the dominance of responses in the statistical analysis of the frequency of responses in the "Frequently" and "Always" categories in the dimensions of waste management, energy and water efficiency, sustainable transportation use, and participation in environmental maintenance. These findings confirm that the Hero Volunteer Bakrie Center Foundation (BCF) SDGs training program has been effective in meeting the expectations of participants in the implementation, increasing knowledge, and encouraging behavioral changes in program participants in a more sustainable.
