Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan pendakian Kawah Ratu Jalur Via Cidahu di Taman Nasional Gunung Halimun Salak (TNGHS) berdasarkan empat indikator dalam Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 8748:2019, yaitu Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), pos pelayanan, jalur pendakian, serta kesiapsiagaan dan Search and Rescue (SAR). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dengan Kepala Resort, petugas lapangan, dan pengunjung, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SOP pendakian telah tersedia melalui sistem daring MONALISA, namun belum terdapat SOP khusus yang mengatur pemeliharaan jalur pendakian dan kesiapsiagaan SAR secara rinci. Pada aspek pos pelayanan, fasilitas pendukung telah tersedia dan berfungsi, namun belum optimal dalam penyediaan informasi dan sarana pendukung keselamatan. Pada aspek jalur pendakian, papan petunjuk dan shelter telah tersedia, namun peta jalur resmi serta beberapa fasilitas keselamatan belum tersedia. Pada aspek kesiapsiagaan dan SAR, penanganan keadaan darurat dilakukan melalui koordinasi antara petugas dan relawan, namun belum terstruktur secara formal sesuai standar nasional 8748:2019. Secara keseluruhan, pengelolaan pendakian Kawah Ratu Jalur Via Cidahu telah berjalan cukup baik, namun belum sepenuhnya memenuhi ketentuan SNI 8748:2019.(*****) This study aims to analyze the management of the Kawah Ratu hiking route via the Cidahu trail at Mount Halimun Salak National Park (TNGHS) based on four indicators outlined in the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 8748:2019, namely Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), service posts, hiking trail conditions, and Search and Rescue (SAR) preparedness. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observations, interviews with the Head of Resort, field officers, and visitors, as well as documentation. The results indicate that hiking SOPs have been implemented through the MONALISA online system; however, specific SOPs for trail maintenance and SAR preparedness have not been formally documented. In terms of service posts, supporting facilities are available and functional, although informational and safety facilities remain limited. Regarding the hiking trail, signboards and shelters are provided, but official trail maps and certain safety facilities are still lacking. SAR preparedness is carried out through coordination between officers and volunteers, but has not yet followed a formally structured system in accordance with national standards. Overall, the management of the Kawah Ratu hiking route via the Cidahu trail has been implemented fairly well, but has not fully complied with SNI 8748:2019
