Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan program pelatihan karyawan pada unit Learning & Development PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia, dengan fokus pada proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan lima informan yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria partisipasi aktif dalam pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja, observasi, studi kepustakaan, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program pelatihan berjalan efektif dengan dukungan anggaran khusus dan pemanfaatan platform digital, meskipun tata kelola pengajuan perlu diperbaiki untuk lebih sistematis. Pelaksanaan program telah berjalan dengan baik melalui suasana interaktif dan sharing session antar rekan kerja, namun masih dihadapkan kendala seperti pengelolaan waktu dan gangguan eksternal yang dapat diatasi dengan koordinasi yang lebih baik. Dampak positif terlihat pada peningkatan kompetensi, kemampuan analisis, dan kinerja tim. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang efektivitas program pelatihan di PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengembangan sumber daya manusia, sehingga dapat bersaing di industri asuransi dan mendukung rencana strategis perusahaan melalui integrasi teknologi dan fleksibilitas jadwal. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Karyawan, Learning & Development, Sumber Daya Manusia ***** This study aims to analyze the implementation of employee training programs at the Learning & Development unit of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia, focusing on the planning and implementation processes, as well as their impact on employee performance. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews with five informants selected based on criteria of active participation in training and work experience, observation, literature study, and documentation. The results show that the training program planning is effective with the support of a special budget and the use of digital platforms, although the governance of proposals needs to be improved to be more systematic. The implementation of the program has been going well through an interactive atmosphere and sharing sessions between colleagues, but there are still obstacles such as time management and external disturbances that can be overcome with better coordination. Positive impacts can be seen in increased competence, analytical skills, and team performance. This study provides insights into the effectiveness of training programs at PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia in improving the quality of human resource development, enabling the company to compete in the insurance industry and support its strategic plans through technology integration and schedule flexibility.
