Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran berupa e-modul interaktif berbasis microlearning pada materi fotografi dalam mata kuliah Sistem Multimedia di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul interaktif berbasis microlearning yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar tambahan dalam proses pembelajaran, serta mendukung pemahaman konsep dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa melalui penyajian materi yang fleksibel dan interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang diadaptasi dari model Borg & Gall dan disesuaikan menjadi delapan tahap, yaitu: (1) pengumpulan informasi, (2) perencanaan, (3) desain produk, (4) pengujian ahli, (5) revisi produk, (6) pengujian mahasiswa, dan (7) diseminasi produk. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa e-modul interaktif berbasis microlearning yang terdiri atas unit-unit MeMO (Medium of Microlearning Object) dalam bentuk infografis, video explainer, simulasi interaktif, serta kuis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul interaktif memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 100% dari ahli materi dan 95,5% dari ahli media dengan kategori sangat layak. Selanjutnya, pengujian mahasiswa yang melibatkan 10 mahasiswa menggunakan instrumen System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh skor sebesar 75,5 yang termasuk dalam grade “B” dan percentile range 70–79. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul interaktif berbasis microlearning yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar tambahan pada mata kuliah Sistem Multimedia. Kata kunci: Borg & Gall, e-modul interaktif, fotografi, microlearning, sistem multimedia ***** This study is a research and development project focused on the creation of a microlearning-based interactive e-module for photography materials in the Multimedia Systems course within the Informatics and Computer Engineering Education Study Program at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to develop a microlearning-based interactive e-module that can be used as supplementary instructional material in the learning process, as well as to support conceptual understanding and enhance students’ learning motivation through flexible and interactive content delivery. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method adapted from the Borg & Gall model and modified into seven stages, namely: (1) information gathering, (2) planning, (3) product design, (4) expert validation, (5) product revision, (6) student testing, and (7) product dissemination. The resulting product is a microlearning-based interactive e-module consisting of MeMO (Medium of Microlearning Object) units in the form of infographics, explainer videos, interactive simulations, and quizzes. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of the expert validation indicate that the interactive e-module achieved a feasibility percentage of 100% from the subject matter expert and 95.5% from the media expert, both categorized as highly feasible. Furthermore, student testing involving 10 students using the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument resulted in a score of 75.5, which falls into grade “B” with a percentile range of 70–79. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the developed microlearning-based interactive e-module is feasible to be used as supplementary instructional material for the Multimedia Systems course.
