Abstract

Penyebaran informasi dan promosi sekolah dengan cara konvensional kurang efisien dari segi biaya, waktu, dan jangkauan pengguna. Berdasarkan wawancara di SMPN 146 Jakarta didapat bahwa sekolah belum memiliki web sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan UI/UX profil sekolah SMPN 146 Jakarta berbasis web dalam bentuk high fidelity prototype. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah User Centered Design (UCD) yang meliputi tahapan plan the human centered process, specify the context of use, specify user and organizational requirements, produce design solutions, dan evaluate designs against user requirements. Metode ini dipilih agar menghasilkan produk yang efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian berupa desain terdiri 11 tampilan informasi sekolah berupa halaman beranda, sejarah sekolah, visi misi, daftar guru dan tenaga kependidikan, fasilitas, ekstrakurikuler, organisasi intra siswa, pengumuman, galeri, dan kontak serta terdapat tambahan fitur mode gelap yang dirancang menggunakan aplikasi Figma. Hasil pengujian Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA) menunjukkan bahwa antarmuka web profil sudah baik dan efektif. Sementara itu, hasil System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukkan skor rata-rata sebesar 80,5. Skor tersebut melebihi batas minimal skor 68 yang menunjukkan bahwa produk dapat diterima dengan grade scale “B” dan adjective ratings “Excellent”. Dengan demikian, desain web profil sekolah dinilai efektif serta memenuhi tujuan sebagai sebagai media informasi dan promosi sekolah SMPN 146 Jakarta. ***** The dissemination of information and promotion of schools through conventional methods was less efficient in terms of cost, time, and user reach. Based on interviews conducted at SMPN 146 Jakarta, it was found that the school did not yet have an official web. This study aimed to produce a web-based UI/UX profile for SMPN 146 Jakarta in the form of a high-resolution prototype. The research used User Centered Design (UCD) method, which included the stages of plan the human centered process, specify the context of use, specify user and organizational requirements, produce design solutions, and evaluate designs against user requirements. This method was chosen to produce an effective product that suited user needs. The results of this research consisted of 11 school information interface displays, including homepage, school history and vision and mission, list of teachers and staff, facilities, extracurricular activities, student organizations, announcements, gallery, and contact page, with an additional dark mode feature designed using Figma application. The Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA) test show that the web profile interface is good and effective. Meanwhile, the System Usability Scale (SUS) test showed an average score of 80.5. This score exceeded the minimum threshold of 68, indicating that the product was acceptable with a grade scale of “B” and an adjective rating of “Excellent.” Therefore, the school profile web design was considered effective and fulfilled its purpose as a medium for information dissemination and promotion for SMPN 146 Jakarta.
