Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan sikap tanggung jawab peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar di Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional antara variabel X (kepercayaan diri) dengan variabel Y (sikap tanggung jawab). Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar sebanyak 168 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dengan 18 pernyataan untuk variabel X dan 20 pernyataan untuk variabel Y. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan persamaan Ŷ = 19,477 + 0,818X. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai Pearson Correlation (rxy) sebesar 0,765 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif antara kepercayaan diri dengan sikap tanggung jawab peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar di Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak, kekuatan hubungan ini termasuk dalam kategori kuat. Hasil uj-t memperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 15,305, dengan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,974. Kontribusi kepercayaan diri terhadap sikap tanggung jawab dalam uji determinasi sebesar 58,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dan sikap tanggung jawab peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar di Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak. Kata kunci: Kepercayaan Diri; Sikap Tanggung Jawab; Sekolah Dasar. ***** This study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and the responsibility attitudes of fourth-grade elementary school students in Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational research design between variable X (self-confidence) and variable Y (sense of responsibility). The sample for this study consisted of 168 fourth-grade elementary school students. The instrument used was a questionnaire with 18 statements for variable X and 20 statements for variable Y. The results of the simple regression analysis indicate the equation Ŷ = 19.477 + 0.818X. The correlation test results showed a Pearson Correlation value of (rxy) of 0.765 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there is a positive relationship between self-confidence and the responsibility attitudes of fourth-grade elementary school students in Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak. The t-test results showed a t-count value of 15.305, while the t-table value of 1.974. The coefficient of determination revealed that self-confidence contributed 58.5% to responsibility attitudes, while the remaining 41.5% was influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-confidence and the responsibility attitudes of fourth-grade elementary school students in Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak.
