Abstract
Pada siklus I, persentase keterampilan kolaborasi mencapai 64,5%. ***** This study aims to improve students' collaboration skills through the application of the Auditory, Intellectually, and Repetition (AIR) model in Pancasila Education learning. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in two cycles with 31 fifth-grade students of SDN Jati 03 Pagi as subjects. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observations of teacher and student activities and collaboration skills assessment sheets. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' collaboration skills. In cycle I, the percentage of collaboration skills reached 64.5%. In cycle II, the percentage increased to 90%, or an increase of 25.5%. Teacher and student activities also increased; from 84% and 76% respectively in cycle I to 100% in cycle II. These results prove that the AIR model is effective in developing aspects of collaboration, such as cooperation, responsibility, active participation, communication, and the ability to adapt in groups. Thus, the Auditory, Intellectually, and Repetition (AIR) model not only improves students' understanding of Pancasila Education material, but also significantly improves collaboration skills in the learning process. Keywords: collaboration skills, Auditory Intellectually Repetition, learning model.
