Abstract
Di era digital, media sosial memegang peranan penting sebagai sarana edukasi lingkungan, namun pemanfaatannya oleh komunitas pengelola sampah seperti bank sampah sering kali terhambat oleh rendahnya pemahaman literasi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman literasi digital pengelola melalui pelatihan berbasis dimensi kognitif, teknis, dan sosio emosional dalam mengembangkan konten edukasi lingkungan. Intervensi difokuskan pada penguatan tiga dimensi utama: pemahaman kognitif, keterampilan teknis produksi konten, dan sosio-emosional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Pre exprerimen One-Group Pretest-Posttest yang melibatkan 16 orang pengelola sebagai partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan yang signifikan pada seluruh dimensi pasca-pelatihan. Pada dimensi kognitif, terjadi transformasi pola pikir pengelola dari pengguna pasif menjadi kreator strategis dengan rata-rata 4,88 dan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,020 (<0,05), Pada dimensi teknis, pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence dan aplikasi desain canva terbukti meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas visual konten dengan lonjakan skor rata-rata menjadi 4,67 dan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Sementara itu, pada dimensi sosio-emosional, terbentuk digital self-efficacy yang kuat serta kesadaran etika digital yang tinggi dengan skor nyaris sempurna yaitu 4,99 dan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 (<0,05). Penilaian produk akhir menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta mampu menghasilkan konten edukasi yang layak publikasi dengan rata-rata nilai 90,17 Kategori Sangat Baik. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan literasi digital efektif memberdayakan pengelola bank sampah menjadi kreator konten yang mandiri, etis, dan strategis dalam mengedukasi isu lingkungan. /***** In the digital era, social media plays an important role as a means of environmental education, but its use by waste management communities such as waste banks is often hampered by low digital literacy understanding. This study aims to improve managers' digital literacy understanding through training based on cognitive, technical, and socio-emotional dimensions in developing environmental education content. The intervention focused on strengthening three main dimensions: cognitive understanding, technical skills in content production, and socio- emotional. This study used a quantitative approach with a One-Group Pre- experimental Pretest-Posttest design involving 16 managers as participants. The results showed a significant increase in abilities in all dimensions after the training. In the cognitive dimension, there was a transformation in the mindset of managers from passive users to strategic creators with an average of 4.88 and an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.020 (<0.05). In the technical dimension, the use of Artificial Intelligence and the Canva design application was proven to increase productivity and visual quality of content with a jump in the average score to 4.67 and an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.000 (<0.05). Meanwhile, in the socio-emotional dimension, strong digital self-efficacy and high digital ethical awareness were formed with a near-perfect score of 4.99 and an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001 (<0.05). The final product assessment showed that all participants were able to produce educational content worthy of publication with an average score of 90.17 in the Very Good Category. In conclusion, digital literacy training effectively empowers waste bank managers to become independent, ethical, and strategic content creators in educating on environmental issues.
