Abstract

Abstrak Anemia merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang banyak dialami oleh remaja putri dan dapat berdampak pada perkembangan fisik maupun prestasi belajar. Faktor keluarga sering dianggap bereperan dalam mendukung kesehatan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesehatan keluarga pada kejadian anemia remaja putri di SMP N 149 Jakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner kesehatan keluarga, terdidi dari 29 pernyataan yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas mencakup empat dimensi yaitu, kesehatan sosial dan ekonomi keluarga, dimensi gaya hidup sehat keluarga, dimensi sumber daya kesehatan keluarga, dan dukungan sosial luar keluarga dan data hasil test pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswi SMP Negeri 149 Jakarta, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Data diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian bahwa kesehatan keluarga pada remaja putri di SMP N 149 Jakarta secara umum berada dalam kategori sedang. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai rata-rata yang berada pada tingkat cukup pada keempat dimensi, yaitu sosial dan ekonomi, gaya hidup sehat keluarga, sumber daya kesehatan keluarga, dan dukungan sosial luar keluarga, serta dominasi responden dalam kategori sedang. Kata kunci: anemia, gizi, kesehatan keluarga, remaja putri ***** ABSTRACT Anemia is one of the health problems commonly experienced by adolescent girls and can affect both physical development and academic achievement. Family factors are often considered to play a role in supporting adolescent health, yet the extent of their influence on the incidence of anemia remains unclear. This study aims to analyze the in-family health related to the incidence of anemia among adolescent girls at SMP N 149 Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection was conducted using a family health questionnaire consisting of 29 statements that had undergone validity and reliability testing, covering four dimensions: family social and economic health, healthy family lifestyle, family health resources, and external social support, along with hemoglobin level test results. The study population comprised female students of SMP N 149 Jakarta, with a total sample of 150 respondents. Data were processed and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The findings indicate that family health among adolescent girls at SMP N 149 Jakarta is generally in the medium category. This is reflected in the average scores being at a sufficient level across the four dimensions social and economic, healthy family lifestyle, family health resources, and external social support as well as the dominance of respondents in the medium category.
