Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran flipbook berbasis Canva untuk mata pelajaran Administrasi Umum kelas XI Program Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) di SMKN 62 Jakarta. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE, yang terdiri dari tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan memperoleh kategori sangat layak berdasarkan validasi dari ahli media dan ahli materi dengan persentase kelayakan melebihi 90%. Hasil penerapan melalui uji coba one to one, small group, dan field test menampilkan respons siswa yang sangat positif disertai tingkat motivasi belajar berkategori sangat kuat. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, media pembelajaran flipbook berbasis Canva dinyatakan layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar digital guna mendukung proses pembelajaran Administrasi Umum serta meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Administrasi Umum, Canva, Flipbook, Media Pembelajaran, Motivasi Belajar. ***** This research aims to develop a Canva-based flipbook learning media for General Administration subject in grade XI of the Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) Expertise Program at SMKN 62 Jakarta. The method applied is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Research findings show that the developed learning media obtained a very feasible category based on validation from media experts and material experts with a feasibility percentage exceeding 90%. Implementation results through one-to-one, small group, and field test trials demonstrate very positive student responses accompanied by learning motivation levels in the very strong category. Based on these findings, the Canva based flipbook learning media is declared feasible and effective to be used as an alternative digital teaching material to support the General Administration learning process and enhance student engagement and learning motivation.
