Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam proses pembelajaran di SMKN 4 Jakarta pada bidang keahlian Teknologi Konstruksi dan Bangunan. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka telah berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan, kebijakan, serta kebutuhan peserta didik dan satuan pendidikan. Kurikulum merdeka merupakan pembaharuan dari kurikulum 2013 sebagai potret wujud merdeka belajar di sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product dan Outcome). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, penyebaran instrumen, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data penelitian diambil dengan wawancara secara lisan maupun melalui whatsapp terhadap Kepala SMKN 4 Jakarta, Para Wakil Kepala SMKN 4 Jakarta, Bendahara Barang, Bendahara Sekolah, Guru Umum dan Kepala Konsentrasi Keahlian, dan siswa dan lulusan tahun 2023-2025 SMKN 4 Bidang Teknologi Konstruksi dan Bangunan Konsentrasi Keahlian Konstruksi Gedung Sanitasi dan Perumahan (KGSP), Teknik Perawatan Gedung (TPG) dan Teknik Konstruksi Perumahan (TKP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang mampu bersaing dan diterima oleh industri. Aspek outcome menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMKN 4 Jakarta belum sepenuhnya mencapai tujuan menghasilkan lulusan yang bekerja sesuai dengan bidang keahlian, oleh karena itu diperlukan penguatan sinergi antara sekolah dan dunia industri dan penelusuran tamatan guna meningkatkan relevansi antara kompetensi lulusan dan dunia kerja. Dengan demikian, diperlukan upaya dari pihak sekolah untukpeningkatan pendampingan, pelatihan, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan agar implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dapat berjalan lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan. ***** This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the learning process at SMKN 4 Jakarta in the field of Construction and Building Technology expertise. Evaluation is conducted to find out the extent to which the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has been running in accordance with the goals, policies, and needs of learners and educational units. The Independent Curriculum is an update of the 2013 curriculum as a portrait of the independent form of studying at school. This research is an evaluative study using CIPPO evaluation models (Context, Input, Process, Product and Outcome). Data collection techniques are performed through interviews, instrument deployment, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis is qualitatively conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. Research data was taken by oral and through whatsapp interviews against SMKN 4 Jakarta Head, Deputy Head of SMK N 4 Jakarta, Treasurer of Goods, Treasurer of Schools, General Teacher and Head of Concentration of Expertise, and 90 graduates of SMKN 4 Field of Construction Technology and Building Construction Skills Concentration of Sanitation and Housing Building (KGSP), Building Care Engineering (TPG) and Housing Construction Engineering (TKP). The results of the study show that the Independent Curriculum has been well implemented and can produce graduates who are able to compete and accept by industry. The outcome aspect shows that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMKN 4 Jakarta has not fully achieved the goal of producing graduates who work according to the field of expertise, therefore it is necessary to strengthen synergy between schools and industrial worlds and surfing to improve the relevance between graduate competence and the working world. Thus, the efforts of the school are needed to improve mentoring, training, and continuous evaluation so that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum can run more optimally and sustainably.
