Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa Microlearning Pelatihan Persuasive Communication untuk Champion di Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Pengembangan ini mengacu pada model pengembangan produk 4D oleh Thiagarajan (1974) yang memiliki empat tahapan utama antara lain: Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Hasil pengembangan berupa microlearning diunggah ke LMS Kementerian Kesehatan yang bernama Plataran Sehat dengan total 16 learning object yang terdiri dari slides, infografis, short video, dan kuis. Produk Microlearning Pelatihan Persuasive Communication ini telah melalui tahap evaluasi formatif yang melibatkan para ahli dan pengguna (Champion di Kementerian Kesehatan RI). Hasil uji coba ahli (ahli materi, ahli desain pembelajaran, dan ahli media) melalui angket terbuka menyatakan produk ini sudah baik dari berbagai sisi, namun tetap diberikan adanya sedikit perbaikan. Kemudian pada tahap uji coba pengguna dengan menggunakan Skala Likert, hasil one-to-one evaluation memperoleh nilai rata-rata keseluruhan yaitu 3.91 dengan kategori (Sangat Baik) dan melalui small group evaluation memperoleh nilai 3.86 dengan kategori (Sangat Baik). Hasil evaluasi formatif menunjukkan bahwa produk Microlearning Pelatihan Persuasive Communication ini sudah sangat baik dan dapat digunakan untuk Champion di Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Microlearning, Persuasive Communication, Model 4D ***** This development research aims to produce a product in the form of a Persuasive Communication Training Microlearning for Champions at the Indonesian Ministry of Health. This development follows the 4D product development model by Thiagarajan (1974), which consists of four main stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The resulting microlearning product was uploaded to the Ministry of Health's LMS, called Plataran Sehat, containing a total of 16 learning objects comprising slides, infographics, short videos, and quizzes. This Persuasive Communication Training Microlearning product has undergone a formative evaluation stage involving experts and users (Champions at the Indonesian Ministry of Health). The results of expert reviews (subject matter expert, instructional design expert, and media expert) through open questionnaires indicated that the product was good from various aspects, with some minor improvements suggested. Furthermore, in the user testing phase using a Likert Scale, the one-to-one evaluation results obtained an overall average score of 3.91, categorized as "Excellent," and the small group evaluation obtained a score of 3.86, also categorized as "Excellent." The formative evaluation results demonstrate that this Persuasive Communication Training Microlearning product is excellent and suitable for use by Champions at the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
