Abstract
Perkembangan layanan digital banking mendorong perbankan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi guna memenuhi kebutuhan dan kepuasan pengguna, karena kepuasan berperan penting terhadap penggunaan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, dan perceived enjoyment terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi BYOND by BSI. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 210 responden pengguna BYOND by BSI di DKI Jakarta, dengan teknik analisis data Partial Least Square– Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, yang berarti semakin tinggi persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan, keamanan, dan kesenangan dalam penggunaan aplikasi, maka semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pengembang dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan aplikasi digital banking. ***** The development of digital banking services has encouraged banks to continuously improve the quality of their applications to meet user needs and satisfaction, as satisfaction plays an important role in continued use. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and perceived enjoyment on user satisfaction with the BYOND by BSI application. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 210 BYOND by BSI users in DKI Jakarta, with Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) data analysis technique using SmartPLS. The results show that all variables have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, meaning that the higher the perception of usefulness, ease of use, security, and enjoyment in using the application, the higher the level of satisfaction felt. These findings are expected to be taken into consideration by developers in improving the quality of digital banking application services.
