Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh blockchain adoption dan data governance terhadap big data security melalui trust sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengguna SATUSEHAT Mobile. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 200 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa blockchain adoption dan data governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap trust dan big data security. Trust juga terbukti memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh blockchain adoption dan data governance terhadap big data security. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepercayaan pengguna berperan penting dalam memperkuat keamanan big data pada sistem kesehatan digital. Kata kunci: Blockchain Adoption, Data Governance, Trust, Big Data Security, SATUSEHAT Mobile. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of blockchain adoption and data governance on big data security through trust as a mediating variable among SATUSEHAT Mobile users. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with 200 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS).The results show that blockchain adoption and data governance have a positive and significant effect on trust and big data security. Trust also significantly mediates the influence of blockchain adoption and data governance on big data security. These findings confirm the important role of user trust in strengthening big data security in digital health systems.
