Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan global citizenship peserta didik yang mengikuti dan tidak mengikuti program internasional di SMA Labschool. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif komparatif. Sampel sebanyak 867 peserta didik yang diperoleh melalui teknik sampling total dari 3 SMA Labschool. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan instrumen angket global citizenship yang memiliki nilai validitas > 0,070 serta nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0, 942. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji t-Test dengan dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,001 < 0,05 maka H1 diterima. Hasil rata-rata global citizenship peserta didik yang mengikuti 145,3 sedangkan peserta didik yang tidak mengikuti 140,2. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa global citizenship peserta didik yang mengikuti program internasional lebih baik daripada global citizenship peserta didik yang tidak mengikuti program internasional. Hal ini nampak pada situasi peserta didik mampu memperluas keterampilan berinteraksi dalam keberagaman dan menjadi kontributor proaktif bagi dunia yang lebih inklusif, adil, aman, toleran dan berkelanjutan. ***** This study aims to determine the differences in global citizenship among students who participate and do not participate in international programs at Labschool high schools. This study is a comparative descriptive study. The sample consisted of 867 students obtained through total sampling from three Labschool high schools. This study used a survey method and a global citizenship questionnaire instrument with a validity value of > 0.070 and a reliability value of 0.942. The analysis was conducted using a t-test with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.001 < 0.05, so H1 was accepted. The average global citizenship score of students who participated in the program was 145.3, while that of students who did not participate was 140.2. Therefore, it can be concluded that the global citizenship of students who participated in the international program was better than that of students who did not participate in the international program. This is evident in the students' ability to expand their skills in interacting with diversity and become proactive contributors to a more inclusive, fair, safe, tolerant, and sustainable world.
