Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model peningkatan perilaku inovatif guru melalui penguatan kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan berbagi pengetahuan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri DKI Jakarta. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada periode Maret hingga September 2025 dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengukur tingkat perilaku inovatif Guru dengan bantuan perhitungan Structural Equation Modeling –Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). selanjutnya data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 410 Guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif guru, (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan terhadap perilaku inovatif, (3) Berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif Guru, (4) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif melalui mediasi berbagi pengetahuan, (5) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif melalui mediasi berbagi pengetahuan, (6) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh negative terhadap perilaku inovatif melalui budaya organisasi. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan perilaku inovatif guru dapat dicapai melalui penguatan kepemimpinan transformaisonal, burdaya organisasi, serta penerapan berbagi pengetahuan di lingkungan sekolah. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Berbagi Pengetahuan, Perilaku Inovatif********This study aims to examine a model for improving teacher innovative behavior through strengthening transformational leadership, organizational culture and knowledge sharing in public elementary schools in DKI Jakarta. The research was conducted from March to September 2025 using a quantitative approach. The main focus was to measure the level of teachers’ innovative behavior through path analysis using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) software. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents, with a total sample of 410 teachers. The findings indicate that: (1) transformational leadership has a positive but non-significant effect on teachers’ innovative behavior; (2) organizational culture has a negative effect on teachers’ innovative behavior; (3) knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ innovative behavior; (4) transformational leadership has a significant effect on teachers’ innovative behavior through the mediating role of knowledge sharing; (5) organizational culture has a significant effect on teachers’ innovative behavior through the mediating role of knowledge sharing; and (6) transformational leadership has a negative effect on teachers’ innovative behavior through organizational culture. Overall, these results confirm that improving teachers’ innovative behavior can be achieved by strengthening transformational leadership, fostering a supportive organizational culture, and implementing knowledge-sharing practices within the school environment.
