Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka Fase D pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di tingkat SMP dengan menggunakan model evaluasi Countenance Stake. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan mixed methods dengan desain eksploratori sekuensial melalui analisis tiga komponen utama dari model countenance stake, yaitu antecedent, transaction, dan outcomes. Data dalam penelitian ini, dikumpulkan melalui pelaksanaan wawancara, studi dokumen, observasi, dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebuah data yang valid bahwa dari aspek antecedent, kesiapan dokumen kurikulum telah memadai, namun terdapat kesenjangan dalam pemahaman guru terhadap capaian pembelajaran serta keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung. Pada aspek transaction, proses pembelajaran mulai mengarah pada pendekatan student-centered dan integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila, tetapi penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek belum konsisten dan supervisi lebih berfokus pada administrasi daripada pendampingan pedagogis. Pada aspek outcomes, sebagian besar murid mencapai ketuntasan kognitif, namun penginternalisasian nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan nyata dan keterampilan aplikatif masih terbatas. Secara keseluruhan, evaluasi ini menegaskan perlunya strategi pendampingan berkelanjutan, penguatan kapasitas guru, penyediaan fasilitas pembelajaran interaktif, serta pengembangan asesmen autentik untuk memastikan keberhasilan pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka pada fase D dalam mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di jenjang SMP. Kata Kunci: Kurikulum Merdeka, Pembelajaran Mendalam, Fase D Pendidikan Pancasila, Model Evaluasi Countenance Stake*****This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) in the subject of Pancasila Education at the junior high school level using the Countenance Stake evaluation model. A mixed-method approach with a sequential exploratory design was applied, analyzing three main components: antecedents, transactions, and outcomes. Data were collected through interviews, document review, observations, and questionnaires using purposive sampling. The findings suggest that, although curriculum documents within the antecedent component are generally well prepared, notable disparities remain in teachers’ understanding of learning outcomes as well as in the availability of supporting facilities. In the transaction component, learning processes have shifted toward a student-centered approach and the integration of Pancasila values, though the application of project-based learning is inconsistent, and supervision remains focused on administrative compliance rather than pedagogical support. In the outcome component, most students achieved cognitive mastery, but the internalization of Pancasila values in daily practice and the development of applicative skills are still limited. Overall, this evaluation highlights the need for continuous mentoring strategies, teacher capacity building, improved interactive learning facilities, and authentic assessment mechanisms to strengthen the successful implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Pancasila Education.
