Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tata kelola Sekolah Adiwiyata dalam menumbuhkan sikap peduli lingkungan di SDN Wijaya Kusuma 05 Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan informan yang terdiri dari Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, kader adiwiyata, siswa, komite, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan tata kelola Sekolah Adiwiyata telah berjalan melalui terbentuknya tim Pokja Adiwiyata yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif, adanya integrasi program lingkungan dalam kurikulum kegiatan pembelajaran, serta pembiasaan perilaku peduli lingkungan. Pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata dilakukan melalui perencanaan berbasis rapat kerja sekolah serta implementasi berbagai kegiatan lingkungan, seperti komposting, bank sampah, hidroponik, penghijauan, reservasi air, dan lain sebagainya. Pelibatan lingkungan sekolah dalam tata kelola Sekolah Adiwiyata terdapat peran Dinas Lingkungan Hidup sebagai leading sector dan Dinas Pendidikan sebagai supporting berkontribusi dalam pembinaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi program, terutama pada aspek kurikulum dan implementasi di sekolah. Selain itu, pelibatan seluruh warga sekolah, termasuk guru, siswa, komite, dan orang tua, serta kerja sama dengan pihak eksternal menjadi faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan tata kelola Sekolah Adiwiyata. Namun demikian, pelaksanaan tata kelola Sekolah Adiwiyata masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, yaitu belum meratanya kesadaran dan kebiasaan peduli lingkungan pada warga sekolah, perbedaan pemahaman mengenai konsep Adiwiyata yang masih berfokus pada aspek fisik, serta tantangan dalam menjaga keberlanjutan program akibat pergantian kepala sekolah dan regenerasi siswa. Pengendalian tata kelola Sekolah Adiwiyata dilakukan melalui monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala oleh pihak internal dan eksternal serta penilaian berbasis indikator Adiwiyata. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola Sekolah Adiwiyata di SDN Wijaya Kusuma 05 Jakarta Barat berperan dalam menumbuhkan sikap peduli lingkungan melalui integrasi program, partisipasi aktif, dan pembiasaan yang berkelanjutan, namun masih memerlukan penguatan dalam aspek kesadaran, konsistensi, dan keberlanjutan program. ***** This study aims to describe the governance of the Adiwiyata School program in fostering environmental care attitudes at SDN Wijaya Kusuma 05 West Jakarta. This research employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation involving informants from the Education Office, Environmental Agency, principal, vice principal, teachers, Adiwiyata cadres, students, school committee, and parents.The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Adiwiyata School governance has been carried out through the establishment of the Adiwiyata Working Group (Pokja), which actively involves students, the integration of environmental programs into the learning curriculum, and the habituation of environmentally caring behavior. The implementation of the Adiwiyata program is conducted through planning based on school work meetings and the implementation of various environmental activities, such as composting, waste banks, hydroponics, greening programs, water conservation, and others.The involvement of the school environment in Adiwiyata School governance includes the role of the Environmental Agency as the leading sector and the Education Office as the supporting sector, both of which contribute to program guidance, monitoring, and evaluation, especially in curriculum and school implementation aspects. In addition, the involvement of all school members, including teachers, students, school committees, and parents, as well as collaboration with external parties, are supporting factors in the implementation of Adiwiyata School governance. However, the implementation of Adiwiyata School governance still faces several obstacles, namely the uneven awareness and habits of environmental care among school members, differences in understanding of the Adiwiyata concept that still focus on physical aspects, and challenges in maintaining program sustainability due to changes in school leadership and student regeneration. The control of Adiwiyata School governance is carried out through periodic monitoring and evaluation by internal and external parties, as well as assessments based on Adiwiyata indicators.The conclusion of this study shows that the governance of Adiwiyata Schools at SDN Wijaya Kusuma 05 West Jakarta plays a role in fostering environmental care attitudes through program integration, active participation, and continuous habituation. However, it still requires strengthening in aspects of awareness, consistency, and program sustainability.
