Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SMK Negeri Kecamatan Cipayung, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei ini menempatkan supervisi akademik sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan kinerja mengajar guru sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 190 guru, dengan sampel sebanyak 129 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert yang dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil uji prasyarat menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dengan nilai signifikansi 0,065 serta memiliki hubungan yang linear dengan nilai deviation from linearity sebesar 0,188. Analisis regresi linear sederhana menghasilkan persamaan Ŷ = 1,608 + 0,681X, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 56,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel supervisi akademik memberikan kontribusi sebesar 56,2% terhadap variabel kinerja mengajar guru, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis (uji-t), ditemukan nilai t hitung > t tabel (12,763 > 1,658) dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SMK Negeri Kecamatan Cipayung. ***** This study aims to analyze the effect of principal academic supervision on teacher teaching performance at State Vocational High Schools (SMK Negeri) in Cipayung District, East Jakarta. This quantitative study uses a survey method, placing academic supervision as the independent variable (X) and teacher teaching performance as the dependent variable (Y). The population consists of 190 teachers, with a sample of 129 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected through Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. Prerequisite test results show that the data is normally distributed with a significance value of 0.065 and has a linear relationship with a deviation from linearity value of 0.188. Simple linear regression analysis produced the equation Ŷ = 1.608 + 0.681X, with a coefficient of determination of 56,2%. This indicates that academic supervision contributes 56.2% to teacher teaching performance, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. Based on the hypothesis test (t-test), it was found that t count > t table (12.763 > 1.658) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of principal academic supervision on teacher teaching performance at SMK Negeri Cipayung.
