Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen program Teaching Factory (TEFA) Microvision pada Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Elektronika dan Komunikasi di SMKN 26 Jakarta yang meliputi aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. dengan informan yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan program TEFA Microvision dilakukan pada level manajemen sekolah melalui analisis kebutuhan, sinkronisasi kurikulum dengan dunia industri, penyusunan sistem produksi, serta pengembangan kerja sama dengan mitra industri; (2) pengorganisasian program dilakukan melalui pembagian peran antara sekolah dan industri serta pengelolaan peserta didik dalam sistem kerja berbasis produksi; (3) pelaksanaan program dilaksanakan melalui pembelajaran berbasis produksi nyata dengan keterlibatan industri, penerapan SOP, dan integrasi teori serta praktik; dan (4) pengawasan program dilakukan melalui quality control, observasi proses kerja, evaluasi sikap kerja peserta didik, serta sertifikasi kompetensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen program TEFA Microvision di SMKN 26 Jakarta mengintegrasikan pembelajaran sekolah dengan budaya kerja industri melalui pembelajaran berbasis produksi dan keterlibatan industri dalam proses pembelajaran Kata kunci: Teaching Factory, Manajemen Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Vokasi, Kerja Sama Industri, Pembelajaran Berbasis Produksi.**** This study aims to describe the management of the Microvision Teaching Factory (TEFA) program in the Electronics and Communications Engineering Vocational Competency at SMKN 26 Jakarta, covering the aspects of planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. This study employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method, with informants selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was tested through source triangulation and methodological triangulation. The research results indicate that: (1) planning for the TEFA Microvision program is carried out at the school management level through needs analysis, curriculum synchronization with the industrial sector, the development of a production system, and the establishment of partnerships with industry partners; (2) program organization is carried out through the division of roles between schools and industry, as well as the management of students within a production-based work system; (3) program implementation is carried out through real-world production-based learning with industry involvement, the application of SOPs, and the integration of theory and practice; and (4) program supervision is conducted through quality control, observation of work processes, evaluation of students’ work attitudes, and competency certification. The results of the study indicate that the management of the TEFA Microvision program at SMKN 26 Jakarta integrates school-based learning with industrial work culture through production-based learning and industry involvement in the learning process.
