Abstract
***** This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Influence, Financial Literacy, and Financial Management Behavior on the Financial Well-Being of Generation Z digital payment users in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). The study employed a quantitative approach with individual-level analysis, focusing on Generation Z individuals who use digital payment services. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior. In addition, Social Influence also has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior. Furthermore, Financial Management Behavior is proven to have a positive and significant effect on Financial Well-Being. However, Social Influence does not have a significant effect on Financial Literacy. The mediation test results reveal that Financial Management Behavior mediates the effects of Social Influence and Financial Literacy on Financial Well-Being. The findings suggest that individuals' financial well-being is influenced not only by their level of financial literacy and social environment but also by their ability to manage their finances effectively. Therefore, Generation Z should enhance their financial literacy and adopt sound financial management behaviors to achieve greater financial well-being. Moreover, educational institutions and digital financial service providers are expected to strengthen financial education initiatives to encourage more prudent financial behavior.
