Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMA Labschool Jakarta, di mana banyak siswa belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yang telah ditetapkan. Rendahnya hasil belajar ini disebabkan oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya kurangnya penerapan model pembelajaran yang inovatif dan bervariatif sehingga siswa merasa jenuh selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Fase E/Kelas X SMA Labschool Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang terdiri dari dua siklus di mana setiap siklus memiliki empat tahapan: (1) Perencanaan (planning); (2) Pelaksanaan (acting); (3) Observasi (observing); (4) Refleksi (reflecting). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar observasi untuk kegiatan guru dan siswa, serta asesmen diagnostik awal (pre-test) dan tes akhir (post-test) untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran TSTS tergolong optimal dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Sebelum dilakukan tindakan, persentase siswa yang mencapai KKM sebesar 41%. Pada siklus I, persentase siswa yang mencapai KKM meningkat sebesar 57 %, dan meningkat menjadi 76 % pada siklus II dengan peningkatan sebesar 35% dari sebelum dilakukannya tindakan. Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran TSTS berhasil membantu siswa mencapai target pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Siswa Fase E/Kelas X SMA Labschool Jakarta. Kata kunci: Two Stay Two Stray, Hasil Belajar, Pendidikan Agama Islam ***** This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMA Labschool Jakarta, where many students have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) that have been set. This low learning outcome is caused by many factors, one of which is the lack of implementation of innovative and varied learning models so that students feel bored during the learning process. This study aims to find out how the application of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Religious Education Phase E/Class X of SMA Labschool Jakarta. The research method used is classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) which consists of two cycles where each cycle has four stages: (1) Planning; (2) Implementation (acting); (3) Observation (observing); (4) Reflection (reflecting). Data collection was conducted through observation sheets for teacher and student activities, as well as pre-tests and post-tests to measure student learning outcomes. The results of the study show that the TSTS learning model is optimal in improving student learning outcomes. Before the action was taken, the percentage of students who reached the KKM was 41%. In the first cycle, the percentage of students who reached the KKM increased by 57%, and increased to 76% in the second cycle with an increase of 35% from before the action was taken. Thus, the implementation of the TSTS learning model has succeeded in helping students achieve the learning target of Islamic Religious Education for Phase E/Class X Students of SMA Labschool Jakarta.
