Abstract
Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil pembelajaran senam irama melalui penerapan pembelajaran pendekatan aktif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 38 siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Mampang 2 Kota Depok. Penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran senam irama harus sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa, untuk itu diperlukan pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan aktif sesuai dengan semua karakter yang ada. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan menggunakan Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart dengan desain perencanaan, observasi, aksi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar senam ritmik. Ini dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata dalam pra siklus yaitu 42,29 dengan persentase ketuntasan 0%, nilai rata-rata pada siklus pertama meningkat menjadi 73,37 dengan persentase ketuntasan 31,58% dan pada siklus kedua nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 86,25 dengan persentase ketuntasan 100%. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran aktif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar senam ritmik. Karena penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran aktif disesuaikan dengan karakteristik siswa yang ingin belajar dan memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran agar siswa mendapatkan pengalaman sukses dalam penguasaan senam ritmik. ************** The general objective of this research is to to find out the improvement in rhythmic gymnastics learning outcomes through the application of active learning approaches. The design of this research is action research. The subjects in this study were 38 students in grade V Elementary School Mampang 2 Depok city . The application of the rhythmic gymnastics learning approach must be in accordance with the characteristics of students, for that it requires an innovative and active learning approach according to all the existing characters. The method used is action research using Kemmis and Mc. Taggart with the design of planning, observation, action and reflection. The results showed an increase in rhythmic gymnastics learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the average in the pre cycle which is 43.2 with a percentage of completeness is 42.29%, in the first cycle increased to 63.9 with a percentage of completeness is 55.26% and in the second cycle increased to 87.3 with a percentage of completeness is 100%. So, it can be concluded that the active learning approach can improve the learning outcomes of rhythmic gymnastics. Because the application of an active learning approach is adapted to the characteristics of students who want to learn and facilitate the learning process in understanding the rhythmic gymnastics methods.
