Abstract
Perencanaan karier merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang perlu dimiliki mahasiswa dalam mempersiapkan masa depan karier yang sesuai dengan potensi, minat, dan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Dalam proses perencanaan karier, mahasiswa memerlukan dukungan dari lingkungan keluarga serta keyakinan terhadap kemampuan diri agar mampu menentukan dan merencanakan karier secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan keluarga dan self-efficacy terhadap perencanaan karier mahasiswa angkatan 2022 rumpun ekonomi dan administrasi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan Google Form. Penelitian ini melibatkan 171 mahasiswa sebagai sampel penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan beberapa temuan signifikan. (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara dukungan keluarga terhadap perencanaan karier. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara self-efficacy terhadap perencanaan karier. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dan self-efficacy secara simultan terhadap perencanaan karier mahasiswa angkatan 2022 rumpun ekonomi dan administrasi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. ***** Career planning is one of the important aspects that students need to possess in preparing for a future career that aligns with their potential, interests, and abilities. In the process of career planning, students require support from their families as well as confidence in their own abilities in order to determine and plan their careers optimally. This study aims to determine the influence of family support and self-efficacy on the career planning of 2022 cohort students in the economics and administration cluster at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study used a quantitative method with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The study involved 171 students as research samples selected using propotional sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics. The results of the study showed several significant findings. (1) There is a positive and significant influence of family support on career planning. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy on career planning. (3) There is a positive and significant simultaneous influence of family support and self-efficacy on the career planning of 2022 cohort students in the economics and administration cluster at Universitas Negeri Jakarta.
