Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen pendidikan inklusi di SMP Negeri 232 Jakarta melalui fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan dengan meninjau prinsip nondiskriminatif, individualisasi layanan, dan kolaborasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Informan penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, koordinator inklusi, wakil kepala sekolah bidang akademik, wali kelas, orang tua PDBK, dan PDBK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek perencanaan, sekolah melaksanakan asesmen awal, penyusunan Program Pembelajaran Individual (PPI), dan layanan pull out class. Pada aspek pengorganisasian, sekolah membentuk tim inklusi dengan pembagian tugas dan koordinasi yang jelas. Pada aspek pelaksanaan, PDBK mengikuti pembelajaran bersama peserta didik reguler dengan penyesuaian metode dan pendampingan sesuai kebutuhan. Sementara itu, pada aspek pengawasan, sekolah melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi melalui supervisi, observasi kelas, dan laporan perkembangan peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan inklusi di SMP Negeri 232 Jakarta telah berjalan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip pendidikan inklusi. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, khususnya keterbatasan sumber daya manusia seperti Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK). ***** This study aims to analyze the management of inclusive education at State Junior High School 232 Jakarta through the functions of planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision by reviewing the principles of nondiscrimination, individualized services, and collaboration. This study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, documentation studies, and literature studies. The research informants consisted of the principal, inclusion coordinator, vice principal for academic affairs, homeroom teachers, parents of students with special needs, and students with special needs. The results of the study indicate that, in the planning aspect, the school conducts initial assessments, prepares Individualized Education Programs (IEP), and provides pull-out class services. In the organizing aspect, the school establishes an inclusion team with clear task distribution and coordination. In the implementation aspect, students with special needs participate in learning activities together with regular students through adjustments in teaching methods and assistance according to their needs. Meanwhile, in the supervision aspect, the school conducts monitoring and evaluation through supervision, classroom observations, and student progress reports. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the management of inclusive education at State Junior High School 232 Jakarta has been implemented in accordance with the principles of inclusive education. Nevertheless, several obstacles still exist, particularly the limitation of human resources such as Special Assistant Teachers.
