Abstract

***** This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and operating efficiency ratio (OER) on the financial performance of transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018–2024 period. This study employed a quantitative method using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 90 observations. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression with the assistance of EViews 13 software. The results indicate that capital structure, proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and liquidity, proxied by the Current Ratio (CR), have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, the Operating Efficiency Ratio (OER), proxied by BOPO, has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. The findings suggest that companies need to maintain an optimal capital structure, preserve liquidity, and improve operational efficiency in order to enhance financial performance optimally.
