Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan Green Productivity terhadap persepsi kompetensi peserta pelatihan di Pusat Pengembangan Produktivitas Daerah (P3D) DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel, yaitu Pelatihan Green Productivity sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan persepsi kompetensi peserta pelatihan sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 101 peserta Pelatihan Green Productivity periode Mei–September 2025, dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan hasil persamaan regresi Ŷ = 24,597 + 0,722X. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,386 atau 38,6%, yang menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan Green Productivity memberikan kontribusi sebesar 38,6% terhadap persepsi kompetensi peserta pelatihan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa thitung sebesar 7,886 > t tabel sebesar 1,984 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelatihan Green Productivity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi kompetensi peserta pelatihan di P3D DKI Jakarta. Kata kunci: Pelatihan Green Productivity, Persepsi Kompetensi Peserta Pelatihan, P3D DKI Jakarta. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of Green Productivity Training on training participants’ perceptions of work competence at the Regional Productivity Development Center (P3D) of DKI Jakarta. The study consists of two variables: Green Productivity Training as the independent variable (X) and participants’ perceptions of work competence as the dependent variable (Y). A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. The population consisted of 101 participants of the Green Productivity Training program conducted from May to September 2025, and all members of the population were selected as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire. Hypothesis testing was conducted using simple linear regression analysis, resulting in the regression equation Ŷ = 24.597 + 0.722X. The coefficient of determination was 0.386 or 38.6%, indicating that Green Productivity Training contributed 38.6% to participants’ perceptions of work competence. The results of the t-test showed that tcount = 7.886 > ttable = 1.984, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Green Productivity Training has a positive and significant effect on training participants’ perceptions of work competence at P3D DKI Jakarta.
